The therapy setting is a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment in which to explore the dynamics that are effecting our relationships, thoughts, feelings and decisions. It is a process that depends on a positive connection between therapist and client.  Mindfulness techniques, behavior modification, communication techniques, and problem solving skills are all taught using a strengths based perspective.

I will help you to let go of the negative feelings and thought patterns that may be causing you anxiety and stress and effecting your relationship with yourself and others.  Mindfulness techniques that involve being in the present moment and getting in touch with the mind body connection can also  help improve mood, increase relaxation and well being.  Client strengths and behavior modification techniques are utilized to promote healthy self-esteem and positive change.
